Privacy Policy

Somerset Wealth Management (SWM) is committed to protecting your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy contains important information about what personal details we collect, what we do with that information, who we may share it with and why, and your choices and rights when it comes to the personal information you have given us.

We may need to make changes to our Privacy Policy so please check our website for updates from time to time.

Our Privacy Policy can be found here: Somerset WM’s Privacy Policy

Additional privacy information pertaining to your use of our website

We will use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to the site. Further information can be found in our cookie policy at www.somersetwm.co.uk/cookie-policy.

Other websites

Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to our website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons / Web Bugs)

Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly in HTML files and are about the size of the full stop at the end of this sentence. We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.

This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications by email, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication.
